The SBC of Virginia 2010 Annual Homecoming was held November 7-9 at Hyland Heights Baptist Church, Lynchburg and featured speakers Mark Becton, Jeff Crook, J.D. Greear, Bobby Welch, and Vance Pitman.
A lot can change in just 12 short months. The changes that we’re seeing can bode well for Kingdom work across the SBC. At least in this state convention, one thing hasn’t changed—a sincere, sacrificial commitment to both CP and church planting in word and deed.

On January 27, 2009 the Executive Board of the SBC of Virginia initiated the Vision 20/20 Team in order to "review the past, examine the present, and envision a preferred future for the SBC of Virginia that will bring our God glory." The Team presented its report to the state convention at the SBCV 2009 Annual Homecoming.
