Name of Event	Rooming List Form - Camp 2008

SBCV Studentz Camp gives churches the unique option of assigning their own rooming list. SBCV Studentz Camp will assign rooming lists for any church that does not submit this form by June 3, 2008.

> Church groups will be placed together in dorm rooms on the same hall as space allows. Male and female campers will be placed in separate dorms.
> Dorm rooms hold 3 people per room. There is a minimal number of rooms with only 2 beds. Generally, we will place adult leaders in these rooms and reserve for other special needs. We will do our best to accommodate requests.
> Liberty University policy requires all rooming lists to be completed and submitted by the June 3, 2008 deadline and may NOT be changed after that date or during camp.
> Please indicate ALL adult leaders on your rooming list with an *.
