Qualifications: The part-time Worship Pastor shall:

- In conjunction with the Senior Pastor and other ministerial staff, coordinates and leads worship services on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.
- Leads, develops, and supervises the work of church accompanists; works with the personnel committee on all changes related to on-staff musicians.
- In conjunction with the Senior Pastor, schedules special music by soloists, ensembles, various choirs, praise teams, etc.
- Assists the church secretary with the preparation of the worship service bulletin.
- Keeps congregation informed of the overall program and coming special events.
- Actively ministers to participants of any worship groups and family members of worship groups through visits, calls, emails, and other contacts.
- Prepares and submits an annual budget to the finance committee and monitors expenses related to the worship ministry.
- Is accessible at regular times to the church staff, worship participants, and members of the church. Attends staff meetings.
