The SBCV Area Missionaries are available to assist churches in helping their members discover their SHAPE in order to strategically match their spiritual gifts, heart and passion, abilities, personalities, and experiences with the needs of the local body, community, and beyond.  As members recognize their unique SHAPE, they discover God’s specific purpose for their lives and begin to volunteer accordingly.  A simple list of church missions and ministries along with specific needs and expectations will help them make wise choices.   It’s beautiful to watch God match the giftedness of His people with the needs at hand.  For more information on how you and your church can use SHAPE in mobilizing your volunteers, contact your Area Church Enrichment Missionary.
