About Grace Fellowship Baptist Church

The vision of GFBC is to see God take over Haysi. We live in a very religious area but an area where people do not know what it means to have a relationship with Jesus.

In a five mile area from GFB there are 17 churches and almost all are dying. God is helping GFB infiltrate this area through servant evangelism as we have an area that is in severe economic depression. We have an area that over half of the people here either cannot read or have not graduate high school. God has opened doors through servant evangelism for us to reach these people. Churches in this area are concerned about their four walls and are not reaching out.

There was one lady who told us she lived here for 20 years and we were the first church to reach out and then come back to check on them to help. I believe in 10 years Haysi will be a different place because God will overtake this area and we are excited just to be a part.

Our vision and mission is like Paul's to be all we can be to win some for Christ.
