	The *SBCV* will assist local churches and its partners in analyzing the harvest field and creating and sustaining a climate for a church planting movement (CPM) to occur. The *SBCV* is able to assist its churches and partners in facilitating strategic and systematic thinking that results in contextual strategies for church planting preparedness and the reproduction of new churches.
