	RECRUITMENT
	The *SBCV* along with its fellowship churches and partners will attract, assess, and approve church plant pastors, church planting apprentices, church planting missionaries, and catalytic church planters for the purpose of starting new *SBCV* churches. The SBCV will also assist in the enlistment of partnering churches that will serve as sponsor churches at various levels of partnership.
