Hance Dilbeck

Hance Dilbeck is President and Chief Executive Officer of GuideStone. He joined GuideStone in July 2021 as President-elect, and became President on March 1, 2022.

Dr. Dilbeck came to GuideStone from the position of executive director-treasurer of Oklahoma Baptists since 2018. Prior to that, he had served as a pastor in Oklahoma churches for 30 years, 15 of which were at the Quail Springs Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. During that time, the church tripled in size even as it took part in planting 32 churches. He has been an active participant in denominational life, having served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Oklahoma Baptist University, Southwestern Seminary, and the International Mission Board through the years. He is a prior Second Vice President of the Southern Baptist Convention.

Dr. Dilbeck holds his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Baptist University and both his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Julie have three married sons and eight grandchildren.

Vance Pitman

Vance Pitman is the Founding Pastor of Hope Church Las Vegas and the incoming President of Send Network, the largest church planting network in North America. As a twenty-plus year veteran church planter who has commissioned more than 75 churches in the western United States, Vance has not only led Hope Church in connecting people to Jesus, but he also speaks across the country and all over the world to inspire people to join in God’s eternal, redemptive mission of making disciples and multiplying the church among every tribe, tongue, people, and nation. Vance resides in Henderson, NV with his wife Kristie, has four children and two grandchildren.

Chuck Lawless

Dr. Lawless currently serves as Richard and Gina Headrick Professor of Evangelism and Missions, Dean of Doctoral Studies, and Vice-President for Spiritual Formation and Ministry Centers at Southeastern Seminary, in addition to serving as Team Leader for Theological Education Strategists for the International Mission Board. He previously served as a Vice-President for Global Theological Advance for the IMB. Prior to that, he was dean of the Billy Graham School of Missions and Evangelism at Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY, where he also served as Vice President for Academic Programming and the Director of Professional Doctoral Studies. He received a B.S. degree from Cumberland College and M.Div. and Ph.D. degrees from Southern Seminary. He is the author or co-author of ten works, including “Membership Matters” and “Spiritual Warfare,” and his latest books “The Potential Power of Prayer” and “Disciple”. Also, he has contributed numerous articles to denominational periodicals. He and his wife Pam have been married for 29 years and reside here in Wake Forest, NC.

Noe Garcia

Dr. Noe Garcia is the Senior Pastor at North Phoenix Baptist Church in Phoenix, Arizona. He and his wife, Clancey, have been married since 2010 and have four children. He holds a Doctorate of Ministry and Executive Leadership from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He serves on the Evangelism team for the North American Mission Board, is a Trustee for Union University, serves on the ERLC leadership council team, and is a writer for Lifeway Voices blogs. He is passionate about reaching and equipping people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, in Phoenix and around the world.

Stan Parris

Dr. Stan Parris is the Senior Pastor of Franklin Heights Church in Rocky Mount, Virginia. He has served in that capacity since 2008.  Previously, he served as the Senior Pastor of Vansant Baptist Church in Virginia for more than 12 years.

Parris is a native of Waynesville, North Carolina. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, a master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a doctoral degree from Asbury Theological Seminary.

He and his wife, Susan, are proud parents to sons, Briggs and Glenn.

Brian Autry

Brian AutryDr. Brian Autry is the Executive Director of the Southern Baptist Convention of Virginia (SBC of Virginia). He previously started Parkway Baptist Church in Moseley, Virginia in 2002 and served as senior pastor. The church became known for its focus on families, its heart for community outreach, missions, and prayer ministry. As a pastor, Autry had a particular focus on speaking to and leading men to become spiritual leaders. The church became involved with the church planting in Virginia, Colorado, Boston, Romania, and the Philippines.

Autry has served as a Trustee for Southern Seminary and Liberty University. Brian received his bachelor’s degree from James Madison University, his Master of Divinity degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and his Doctor of Ministry degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Brian and his wife, Jennifer, have three children, Melissa, Mark, and Jenna.
