World hunger is the highest it has been in 40 years and we as Southern Baptists want to give like never before to help relieve the pain and suffering that hunger brings to every corner of the world. Hunger Relief funds are used in gospel-centered hunger projects that share God’s love in both word and deed.

When Tiara Utley discovered she was pregnant, she questioned whether or not she should mother this child. That was until she received biblical counsel from Care Net Peninsula in Newport News.

“We are here to serve, and we do it with a smile on our face,” shared Carol Mercedes. She is one of the dozens of volunteers that make it possible for families in need to receive food through the feeding ministry of Hyland Heights Baptist Church in Rustburg, Virginia.

“It’s a deep call to love the orphans, to provide for the orphans, and help them become champions in life and give their lives to Christ.”

Student Fusion Mission Camp is a mission-oriented camp experience designed to engage students in missions. Around 160 people attended from 13 different churches. Students went out into the community and partnered with church plants and local schools to share Christ's love.

Church worship and technology ministries set aside a day to enhance skills and learn new ideas at the Liberty University School of Music where more than 30 breakouts were shared to cover topics like audio, video, lighting, ProPresenter, building worship teams, and more!
