Frequently Asked Questions
Who can I talk with if I have questions about Student Fusion?
Contact the Student Fusion team via email at nextgen@sbcv.org or call our office Monday-Thursday between 7:30am and 4:30pm at 804-270-1848.
What will accommodations be like?
Student Fusion will be hosted at a local church. Church groups will be assigned two classrooms for the week—one for guys and one for girls. Guys and girls will be sleeping in different parts of the building.
A Disaster Relief shower trailer will be on-site for showering. The trailer has 4-5 private shower rooms, each behind a locked door.
Breakfast, worship, free time, and sleeping will all occur at the church.
How many adults should we bring?
We ask that you bring one adult for every 10 students (per gender).
How are payments handled?
At registration: When you register your church group, we require a $300 church registration fee which secures all the spots you need for your church group.
Upon arrival at camp: The balance of $99 per camper is due. This can be paid in advance or in Bristol via credit card or check.
