Fusion is a mission-oriented camp experience designed to engage students in missions in Virginia. Fusion outreach activities include things like servant evangelism, children’s ministry, sports and recreation ministry, light construction, and more.
Schedule is subject to change. Missions = flexibility.
Fusion Mission Camp is available to rising 6th graders thru recent high school graduates.
Churches must bring 1 adult for every 10 students of each gender. For example, if you bring 14 male and 8 female, then 2 male chaperones and 1 female chaperone would be required.
Churches must be able to provide transportation for their groups to and from the mission sites throughout the week.
The $90 per person cost is for adults and students. It covers lodging, breakfasts, lunches, and dinner on Monday night only. Tuesday-Thursday nights church groups eat off-campus at a place of their choosing and are responsible for this cost. Some church groups choose to order in pizza one night, others have brought crockpot meals, but most run to a fast food place. A list of nearby options will be provided at camp.
Campers will stay at Emmanuel Baptist Church’s school in Manassas. It is directly across the street from the church. Each church group will be assigned two classrooms, one for guys and one for girls. These will be in separate parts of the building so guys and girls aren’t crossing paths. Campers are encouraged to bring a twin size air mattress and linens.
A Disaster Relief shower trailer will be on-site. Each shower compartment has a private shower stall and dressing area.
