Ministry Description

The Family Ministry & Discipleship Pastor is a full-time, salaried, ordained staff position. This role has been established for the purpose of helping to lead Euclid Avenue Baptist Church in developing and implementing biblically based disciple making strategies which will enable us to effectively reach and disciple each generation within the church family (i.e., children, students, young adults, parents, and mature adults).

Ministry Requirements

Minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree related to ministry preparation from an accredited institution.
A master’s degree from an accredited seminary is preferred.
Experience within a local church setting in working closely with families, children, students and discipleship.

Compensation

$65,000 total, including all benefits
