Petsworth Baptist Church in Gloucester, VA is seeking a full-time youth pastor called to serve in a theologically conservative church that aligns with the Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia.
Ministry Requirements
He must be able to teach the Word of God with boldness and clarity and he must have completed a bachelor’s degree or be in the process of completing a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in ministry theological training or a related field. Previous youth ministry leadership experience is preferred. The candidate must be Gospel-centered, Kingdom-focused, and biblically minded.
