Ministry Description
Bayside Baptist Church offers preschool and kindergarten classes as a ministry outreach to the church and the community. Our preschool program provides a secure and stimulating learning environment in which the young child is encouraged to develop their God-given potential in an atmosphere of Christian love. The Director's role is to lead, plan, coordinate, and administer a Christ-centered education for preschoolers. The program is for children 18 months through kindergarten.
Ministry Requirements
• Exhibit a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• The successful candidate must be or become a member of Bayside Baptist Church
• Must agree to adhere to the church’s statement of faith, constitution and bylaws, church covenant, and moral teachings.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ideal candidate will have experience in Childhood Education or commensurate experience.
• Preferred: Education Administration experience.
• Must have competency in written and oral English.
• Must have competency using computer programs as required for this position.
Compensation
$40 - 42K annually
