Waters Edge Church is currently looking for a new part-time staff member (20 hours per week) to join our Management Team in the position of Student Manager. If you’re a natural born leader with previous management experience and would love to be a part of a dynamic, innovative team shaping the future of a fast growing church, this position might be for you!

The Student Manager will provide oversight to all Student Ministries at a multi-site campus, working under the leadership of the Student Director. They'll be a part of creating fun, exciting and safe weekly experiences for students, in person on campus and online through creative and engaging ideas. The Student Manager will lead leaders through casing WEC's vision and mission, scheduling, communicating with, and caring for their team, as well as recruiting and training future Student Leaders.

Ministry Requirements

The Student Manager will be required to work all weekend worship experiences, Wednesday nights with students, Christmas Eve and Easter services, and all other events outside of normal working hours, including but not limited to trainings and special events. This person is expected to be a team player who enjoys working alongside other fun, vibrant and creative team members.

Schedule and Compensation

$15/hour
