About Mobilizing Churches

Mobilizing churches is focused on providing opportunities for churches and individuals to get out of the pew and into their communities.  When God's people are mobilized, they are on mission ... taking a cup of water to the thirsty, clothing the naked, sharing hope with those in despair.

Churches are on mission all around the world. Many of them are ministering in the same regions and reaching similar people, but most aren't aware of all the other churches who might be working nearby. Wouldn't it be great if they all had an easy way to find each other and connect?

Our strategy is to encourage the local church to consider where God may be leading them to serve and minister.  We then come alongside and assist with resources, leadership and support necessary for them to take the Gospel into their community, neighborhood and beyond.

The SBC of Virginia is a partnership. We're a partnership of churches that seeks to mobilize for evangelism and missions!
