Shane serves as the National Next Gen Director for the North American Mission Board (NAMB). He and his wife, Kasi, reside in Rockwall, TX with their six children. He has been in ministry for over 20 years as a denominational leader, church planter, lead pastor, and student pastor. Shane is also a traveling communicator, evangelist, and Bible teacher. Shane has written two books 9 Common Lies Christians Believe: And Why God’s Truth Is Infinitely Better, and Calling Out the Called: Discipling those Called to Ministry Leadership (Release date – November, 2022). He is also the host of the podcast, Next Gen on Mission (available on podcast platforms), and the YouTube Channel – GenSend.

At its core, Chapels is a group of friends who enjoy worshipping together through music, and subsequently have had the opportunity to lead tens of thousands of students and adults in worship as well. These friends are ultimately united by the belief that stories connect us, songs inspire us, and that there is something bigger than ourselves worth pursuing.
