They have two sons (Jackson and Joshua) and a daughter (Abigail). He loves comedy, music, books, sports, and more but his greatest desire is to proclaim the awe-inspiring and life-changing truth of God’s Word.
The Museum
Worship
Born out of the local church with a heart for leading the next generation, The Museum was created. Originally from Albuquerque, NM, lead singer Ben Richter started The Museum in 2008, and the band has been touring ever since. The Museum seeks to unify the Church as a whole and loves to lead in events and gatherings where this takes place.
Starting in 2015, Ben began partnering with Sojourn Woodstock and has been instrumental in developing a community of worship and discipleship. This experience in the local church bleeds into all The Museum does, knowing full-well of what it takes to be on staff at a church.
The Skit Guys
Comedy Duo
The Skit Guys are Tommy Woodard and Eddie James — best friends since high school. They fell in love with acting in their school’s theater productions and had a knack for making people laugh. When Tommy invited Eddie to church, everything changed. With encouragement and guidance from their youth pastor, the guys started to write and perform skits for their youth group. No longer was it just about making people laugh — their skits now had a bigger purpose.
Since then, they’ve been writing and performing hilarious and poignant skits live and on screen. They starred in their first feature film, FAMILY CAMP, a faith-based family comedy, which released in theaters across the U.S. on May 13, 2022 and ranked as the No. 1 new family movie during its opening weekend. Tommy and Eddie have traveled the world performing at events, churches, and conferences. They have grown SkitGuys.com into a media resource for pastors with countless videos and scripts that are used in churches all over the world. The Skit Guys also have a web series called Bedtime Bible Stories, their “Laugh More” podcast, and a book on friendship called “Smells Like Bacon,” as well as comedy DVDs. When they’re not performing or shooting new videos, both guys are serving in their local churches, enjoying good food (especially pizza and fries!), and loving life with their families.
