Jeff Mingee, pastor of Catalyst Church in Newport News, serves as a church planting strategist with the SBC of Virginia. Additionally, he helps lead the Hampton Roads regional chapter of The Gospel Coalition. He has authored several books, including “Forgiveness: A Risk Worth Taking (A Verse by Verse Journey through Philemon),” and “Called to Cooperate: A Biblical Survey and Application of Teamwork.” Jeff is currently developing a forthcoming book on exercising dominion in a digital world.
He earned a doctoral degree in Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jeff and his wife, Lauren, continue to live in Newport News with their sons Aiden and Carter.
