“I know of no higher calling than that of the itinerant evangelist. To be used of God to call men and women to repentance and faith in Christ is surely one of life’s greatest privileges.” — Billy Graham

Thankfully, God had better plans for his life. Steve is founder and president of Steve Freeman Ministries. He is also serving as staff evangelist at Colonial Heights Baptist Church and has been in full-time evangelism since 1993. As a preacher, a singer, and a songwriter, he feels that God has uniquely equipped him to evangelize the lost and equip the saved.

Derek Keiser

Amherst, VA

Bro. Derek O. Keiser serves as a full time vocational itinerant evangelist through the ministry of IRPG Mission laboring to win souls to Christ by preaching the Word. Using the gift of an Evangelist, IRPG Mission demonstrates compassion by persuading others to trust in the Lord and grow in faith.

IRPG Mission focuses on three areas of ministry: first and foremost, a burden for the lost. The ministry seeks opportunities to preach and share the Gospel by fulfilling the Great Commission. Second, the ministry supports the local Church by strengthening Christians and exhorting them to continue growing in faith. And third, the ministry continues to support the wildland fire community through the Gospel message and domestic mission trips.

Bro. Derek, wife Kristy and daughter Raegan live in Amherst Virginia where they are members of Clifford Baptist Church.
