Coaching Map is a one-day workshop designed for pastors and ministry leaders who want to learn how to effectively coach and support church planters. While we are especially looking to train individuals who are willing to serve as coaches for church planters and their spouses, this training is open to anyone interested in learning coaching skills—including church staff, volunteers, and students.

Great coaches help leaders turn truth into action. Church planters often hear many voices as they pursue God’s calling—mentors, teachers, trainers, family, and friends. Each voice can be helpful, but not every voice is helpful all the time. In a healthy church planting system, the coach serves as the asking voice, helping planters process what they are hearing so they can listen to God and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Through this workshop, participants will learn practical tools and frameworks to help church planters reflect, discern, and take meaningful next steps in their ministry journey.
