The Abortion Amendment
This measure would enshrine unlimited abortion access within Virginia’s constitution. It threatens to strip protections for both women and unborn children. It also strips critical conscience protections for medical professionals who refuse to perform abortions.
The Marriage Amendment
This proposal aims to dismantle the historic and biblical definition of marriage in the state constitution. Passing it would invite severe government pressure on local churches. It directly threatens the religious liberties of Christians.
